Why choose pay-as-you-go over a limited plan?
Cheaper limited plans often come with a catch: fewer features. At Tablein, our plans include everything - reminders, integrations, guest insights, feedback tools, and more. You don’t need to upgrade just to access the basics. You get the full system trusted by top restaurants, and only pay when real bookings come in. That’s fair, flexible, and future-ready.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Flexible is best if you’re just starting out or handle a moderate number of bookings - you pay €59/month for 50 reservations and just €0.50 per booking after that. Unlimited is perfect for high-volume or fast-growing restaurants — it’s €199/month with unlimited reservations and all features included.
Do both plans include all features?
Yes! Whether you’re on Flexible or Unlimited, you get full access to every feature - booking widgets, reminders, guest data, feedback, integrations, and more. We don’t believe in feature locks or upgrade traps.
Can I upgrade or switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can switch between plans anytime - scale up when your business grows, or dial it back if things slow down. We grow with you.
Do I pay for reservations I add manually?
Yes – every reservation, whether online or added manually, uses the full Tablein system: confirmations, reminders, table blocking, guest CRM, reporting, and feedback tools. It’s not just a note on a screen - it’s a smart, automated reservation, just like any online booking.
Do you charge per guest or cover?
No - we only charge per reservation, regardless of how many guests it includes. Whether it’s a table for 2 or a group of 10, it’s treated as a single booking. Unlimited plan has no charges per reservation.
Do you charge commissions on payments or no-show fees?
Never. Tablein does not take any commission from your payments or no-show fees. You only pay the standard transaction fee charged by your payment provider like Stripe - not us.
Are SMS confirmations and reminders included in the plans?
The SMS feature is fully included - you can send confirmations, reminders, and feedback requests right from Tablein. However, SMS delivery itself is a third-party service, so small usage-based charges apply depending on your mobile operator and country.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
Nope. No setup fees, no training fees, no surprise charges. Just transparent monthly pricing based on what you choose.
How long is the subscription? Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term contracts here. All plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime - no penalties, no hassle. Stay because you love it, not because you’re stuck.

Yes! If you prefer to pay annually for Unlimited plan, you’ll get 2 months free. Unlimited plan is only €1990 annually (just 166 € / month) . Save 16% with annual plan.

Do you upgrade us to Unlimited if we go over?
No - we don’t automatically switch your plan. Some months might be busier, others quieter - that’s why the Flexible plan is perfect if your bookings fluctuate. Even if you go over €199 in one month, the next month might be much lower - so we leave the choice to you. If you start getting consistently high volumes (300+ bookings every month), we may recommend considering the Unlimited plan - but only if it’s clearly the better fit for you. No pressure, no auto-switching.
Do third-party integrations cost extra?
All integrations are included with your Tablein plan - you can connect to platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, and more at no extra cost from us.

Do you charge for bookings made through Google?
No, we don’t. Bookings made through Google (via Reserve with Google) are completely free — no commissions, no added fees from Tablein. It’s included in your plan and fully integrated, so you can receive reservations directly from Google Search and Maps at no extra cost.
