Restaurant profile information

It is important to complete all basic restaurant information such as address, phone number, email address, website, as the system uses this information in notifications, widgets, and default terms and conditions.
 

For default email notifications, the system uses:

  • Restaurant name
  • Full address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Phone number

 

For default SMS notifications, the system uses:

  • Restaurant name
  • Phone number

 

For widgets, the system uses:

  • Phone number, when party size limit is reached (customer receives a message saying: To book for more than ___ people please call us +_____________)
  • Restaurant name in feedback request and cancellation confirmation
  • Restaurant website address in cancellation form as we offer a button to “Book another table”
 
 

Time and language settings

You can customize the time zone and language, as well as the date and number format of your account in Tablein.

  • Click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar.
  • Open Profile, at the bottom of page click the Time zone dropdown menu and select the time zone for your account. This setting localizes calendar time indicator.
  • Click the Interface Language dropdown menu to select one of the supported languages. This setting changes the default language of the Tablein interface.
  • Click the Widget Language dropdown menu to select one of the supported languages. This setting changes the default language of the widget (online booking calendar).
  • Click the Date format dropdown menu to select your region format. We support following formats:
    • YYYY-MM-DD – hh:mm
    • DD/MM/YYYY – hh:mm
    • MM/DD/YYYY – hh:mm
    • MM/DD/YYYY – hh:mm AM/PM
    • DD/MM/YYYY – hh:mm AM/PM
  • Select first week day: Monday or Sunday

How to add more restaurants

You can add an unlimited number of restaurants to your account.

  • Please click your restaurant name on the top right of the page and select Add New Restaurant
  • You will be redirected to subscription
  • Select a new subscription plan for two (or more) restaurants
    Please note: Your current restaurant should be included in the total number of restaurants too
  • So if you add a second restaurant, please choose “number of restaurants” – 2 and subscribe
  • Then click again on the top right corner and select Add New Restaurant
