How to set up opening hours

If you have more than one dining area or room, we highly recommend that you create dining rooms within the table management section and then set up opening hours. Our easy-to-navigate system allows you to set up different opening hours within each dining area.

  • Open settings
  • Navigate to opening hours
  • Select whether if you want to allow reservations every 15 minutes or 30 minutes and then save (this also shows time slots on your calendar)
  • Add restaurant business hours for each day (Monday through Sunday)
  • Available reservation times will depend on your preferred booking length. For example, if you want the final reservation time to be 9 p.m., you should set closing time at 11 p.m. (if your booking length is 2 hours)
  • If you are closed between lunch and dinner time, please click on each time slot and block online bookings
  • When time slots are white – online reservations are available
  • When time slots are red – online reservations are blocked

Block online times function

Online reservations are available for all time slots in increments of 15 or 30 minutes. When you are closed or do not want to allow customers to make reservations online, you can highlight these time slots in red, which means online reservations are blocked.

If you want to block a whole dining room or area, click Select All on the preferred dining area or day and then click Save.

Please take a look at the image for an example:

  • 1st Zone: Service between lunch and dinner is closed (from 14:00 to 18:00 all reservations are blocked)
  • 2nd Zone: Online reservations are available only for lunch service
  • 3rd Zone: Online reservations are available only for dinner service
  • 4th Zone: This dining area doesn’t allow online reservations at all.

Please note! Staff can accept reservations regardless of the online reservation times that are accessible by the customer. Fully blocked times are highlighted in grey colour on the calendar.

Save your progress.
