This information will be sent with the confirmation or pending for payment email. Here you can add cancellation policy, how prepayment will be used or more information about the event.
the date of event or long time period, when you want to require a prepayment every Friday and Saturday.
One time event, for example, Valentine’s Day, you need to select a period from 2021-02-14 to 2021-02-14.
If you need to show the event or prepayment only during dinner time, for example from 18:00, at the bottom of the page, you will find Valid by week day, select a day and time. For example, event date 2021-02-14, so you would need to choose Friday and time from 18:00.
If event is repeated every Friday and Saturday: select period from 2020-03-31 to 2020-12-31, then select Friday, Saturday and when to show the promotion.
Min guests/prepayment for groups
This option is created to require prepayments of more than X people. To take prepayment for groups, please minimum number of guests, for example, take prepayment for 5 and more guests, please add a number 5.
When you want to show event/prepayment to all guests, please leave this gap empty.
Select a type for an offer. Prepayment function works for all types, the difference is only the image of a type.

Discount – %
Special event – martini glass
Deposit – Eur symbol. This is default symbol and cannot be changed.
1 is highest priority.
Only one offer with highest priority is shown on the main widget page. If available offer is one, priority doesn’t affect.
Off – the offer will be shown, but payment not required. When guest choose an offer, he will get confirmation notification.
On – require payment.
Select how many hours hold reservation on pending status (wait for the payment). If payment is not done in X hours, reservation is cancelled automatically. Guest gets a cancellation email.
Enter Price per guest and select currency (system automatically multiplies this by number of guests).

Turn on “Require payment” that payment would be a must.
Menu fileGive your guests detailed information on your special offer, event or limited-time menu with a customised PDF, accessible in your widget. PDF will display on your widget near the offer selection and will open in a new tab.
How to require deposit for phone reservations
- Open Calendar or Floor plan
Create a new reservation by dragging right to set duration/ or use a button
- Fill out all the fields – number of guests, time, name, phone number, email
- Email address is a must as prepayment details will be sent to this address.
- Choose the relevant Special Offer from the dropdown menu.
- Change booking status to Pending.
The customer will then automatically be sent an email with the prepayment details.
Note: If you save without changing the status to Pending, please reopen the reservation, change the status to Pending and tick the Re-send box.
How to know if guest has paid
Until reservation is not paid, reservation is yellow and under Pending status.
When guest pays:
- reservation status automatically changes from pending to confirmed
- Paid amount appears on reservation window
- On reservation timeline appears date when payment receive
Please ,not that paid amount appears only when guest paid for reservation through the system.
If guest pays by cash, please change status from pending to confirmed manually and add paid amount and details to comment field.
If guest doesn’t pay within X hours (depends on offer settings), reservation is automatically cancelled.
How to turn off “No special offer” option
You can now require that your customer selects one of your special offers when they make a reservation.
Alternatively, you can make offer selection optional and allow them access to your normal daily menu instead.
Whatever you choose, manage your offers in your widget.
Open Widget Settings
Turn On/Off Offer is required.
Turn On – Customer is required to select an offer.
Turn Off – Customer is not required to select an offer (‘no special offer’ option appears).
